National Families in Action, a drug policy and education organization, is releasing a White Paper that examines problems employers are facing in states that have legalized marijuana for medical or retail use.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">The paper addresses how marijuana laws are changing, how these laws will affect employers\u2019 ability to conduct business, and what employers can do to protect that ability.It was written by Sue Rusche, president and CEO of National Families in Action and Kevin Sabet, PhD, president and cofounder of SAM (Smart Approaches to Marijuana).
